Good Water makes Good Tea

These are suggested steeping times. We recommend experimenting with different times to find the one that best suits your taste.  Always remember that over-steeping can make your tea taste bitter and pure water at the correct temperature can make a significant difference.

205°-210° F – boiling water

180°-200° F – boiling water, rested for 2-3  minutes.

160°-180° F – boiling water, rested for 6-7  minutes.

Of course these times will vary slightly depending upon your container and other factors.
