Returns / Satisfaction Policy
Tea:
     Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. With that in mind we individually pack each order with care to ensure the freshest and highest quality product; our teas are NEVER pre-packaged. If you are uncertain about a particular tea, nearly all of our teas are available in sample quantities (~1 oz loose leaf / 2 sachets bagged.) We highly suggest ordering a sample before committing to larger quantities. Due to health concerns we are unable to accept returns of tea or edible obsessions that have been opened.

     If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us by email or phone so we may have the opportunity to address you concerns. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Shipping
     Currently we only ship to U.S. addresses. Once your order is processed, our goal is to have it shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays; you will receive a confirmation via email when your order ships. Our standard shipping and handling fee is $4.95 for ground delivery; expedited delivery is available at prevailing carrier rates.  Orders refused at delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping and handling charges.
