Honeybush

Similar to it's cousin, Rooibos, Honeybush also hails from South Africa. The Honeybush blossoms release a wonderful "honey like" aroma, and because it is harvested during the flowering season the flavor is further enhanced. For a delightful twist add a slice of lemon or a little fresh mint.
